Oklahoma has one of the highest rates of uninsured drivers, but now the state will start using cameras to catch those driving without insurance.  It's the first program of its kind in the country.

On Oklahoma roads and highways, one in four drivers don't have insurance on their vehicle, according to state officials. 

Perry Upper Elementary School teacher Jeff Sullins made his first court appearance Thursday, pleading not guilty for failure to report child abuse in his classroom.
